The Zarqa Chamber of Commerce signed a memorandum of understanding with (JOFICO) on Tuesday 28/1/2020, which aims to provide medical insurance coverage for merchants and employees of the Chamber and their families. Where the agreement was signed by Mr. Hussein Shreim, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Zarqa Chamber of Commerce, and Mr. Bahaa Abbasi, Head of General Insurance Production at (JOFICO), in the presence of Hassan Al-Ghuwairi, General Manager of the Zarqa Chamber of Commerce, and Mr. Saif Al-Kurdi, Production Unit Officer at (JOFICO) and a number of attendees from both parties, as this agreement included the provision of various insurance health services for treatment inside and outside the hospital Mr. Bahaa Abbasi also talked about the importance of having health insurance under the current circumstances and indicated that this project is a long-term partnership between the Zarqa Chamber of Commerce and JOFICO, which extends to providing the Chamber's members with all insurance services. The President of the Chamber, Mr. Hussein Shuraim, praised that the health insurance for the Chamber's members was a concern of the merchants, and indicated the importance of this cooperation, which enhances the qualitative services provided by the Chamber of Commerce to its members in cooperation with JOFICO through several programs offered to subscribers. Mr. Saif Al-Kurdi explained the features and coverage of the programs offered, and the requirements of the health insurance affiliation mechanism.
